Hollis Heimbouch SVP/Publisher

Hollis is publisher of Harper Business and an executive editor at Harper Books, both imprints of HarperCollins. Prior to joining HarperCollins in 2008, she was associate publisher/editorial director of Harvard Business Press and a contributing editor to Harvard Business Review. With more than 25 years in the business, she has published numerous bestselling authors, including Jim Collins, Clay Christensen, Ben Horowitz, Katty Kay, Satya Nadella, Claire Shipman, and Gary Vaynerchuk. In 2017, she received the third annual Jack Covert Award for Contribution to the Business Book Industry. A native Nebraskan, she is an avid runner and a triathlete.

Brian Perrin VP/Marketing

Brian has nearly 30 years' experience in book publishing and offers a full 360-degree view of the industry, having held roles as associate publisher and editorial director (Running Press), marketing manager (William Morrow), rights buyer (Doubleday Direct), retail buyer (Barnes & Noble.com), and digital product manager (Rodale and NBC Universal). He joined HarperCollins in 2012 as executive director of digital product development, winning two Digital Book Awards and contributing to the expansion of the company's digital and non-traditional marketing capabilities before changing roles internally to launch a dedicated marketing team for Harper Business.

Wendy Wong Associate Editor

Wendy Wong photo

Wendy started as a food writer before transitioning to publishing and making a career out of her love for books. She worked for an educational publishing company, editing numerous nonfiction titles for the young-adult market, before joining the Harper Business team in 2019. Wendy is especially interested in narrative and prescriptive nonfiction relating to psychology, pop culture, and social issues—with an emphasis on race and gender.

Tina Andreadis SVP/Publicity

Tina Andreadis photo

Tina leads a team of fifteen talented publicists and supervises the launches of the Harper Group's bestselling books. Recently she managed the publicity campaigns for Satya Nadella's Hit Refresh,, Leondard Lauder's The Company I Keep, multiple books with Jim Collins, Demi Moore's Inside Out, Ann Patchett's The Dutch House, Heather Morris' The Tattooist of Auschwitz, Tim Alberta's American Carnage, Yuval Noah Harari's Sapiens and Homo Deus, Daniel Silva's The Other Woman, Michelle McNamara's I'll Be Gone in the Dark, Harper Lee's Go Set a Watchman and Mark Manson's Everything's F*cked. Over the years she has worked with authors such as Secretary Madeline Albright, Anderson Cooper, Amanda Knox, Sarah Palin, Megan Kelly, J.D. Vance and Mitch Albom. Tina, who has worked in the publishing industry for more than 25 years, is a graduate of Barnard College and holds an MA in English Literature from Fordham University.

Kirby Sandmeyer Assistant Editor

After graduating from Hofstra University with a degree in Publishing Studies and Literature and a minor in Women's Studies, Kirby began her publishing career at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where she edited professional publications for K-12 educators. Kirby comes to HarperCollins with a love of nonfiction titles, author collaboration, and the process of transforming ideas into books. She is particularly drawn to narrative and prescriptive nonfiction titles that focus on issues of gender, race, and the environment.

Penny Makras Associate Director, Marketing

Penny Makras photo

Penny began her career working with fiction, in publicity at St. Martin's Press. She then moved to the business, health, and self-help domains at AMACOM Books. In 2009 she became a marketing manager at Wiley, where she further honed a focus on business, food, and lifestyle and worked with a catalog of digital products. She brought her specialist experience in nonfiction marketing to Harper Business in 2014.

Laura Cole Marketing Coordinator

After graduating from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in English and Professional Writing, Laura followed her lifelong love of books to New York City instead of returning to her native Colorado. She joined Harper Business as an intern in 2018—and stayed! She loves the way the written word can connect, transport, and inspire readers and is particularly interested in health and fitness, women's issues, and travel.
